These terms describe the current Bakul Ilmu service and how accounts, creative work and publication are handled.
01Your account and security
Use an account you are authorized to operate and keep its credentials secure. You are responsible for the activity you authorize through that account. Do not attempt to access another person’s private work, bypass workflow controls or interfere with the service.
Contact osman@siaraya.com if you believe your account or content has been accessed without permission. The current app does not provide self-service password recovery or account deletion.
02Your work and permission to process it
You retain the rights you hold in the material you provide. Uploading or processing material does not transfer those rights to Bakul Ilmu. You give the operator the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host, store, copy, process, convert and display that material to provide the functions you request and maintain associated service records.
Public display of a final edition requires your explicit public visibility choice. This service-processing permission is not an assignment of ownership or a general permission for Bakul Ilmu to train models on your work.
03Material and permissions are your responsibility
Provide only material you are authorized to upload, import, process and publish. Check permissions for third-party writing, images, recordings, personal information and other protected material. Connecting a Google account or being able to open a public URL does not itself grant reuse or publication rights.
Rights and licensing fields record your statements. The service does not verify ownership, clear third-party rights, guarantee copyright protection or establish that an output complies with every applicable requirement.
04AI assistance and human approval
Optional AI actions process the content you select with OpenAI after the action-specific consent described in the Privacy Notice. Review AI text, transcriptions, descriptions, source references and factual claims before using them.
Draft generation produces a proposal. Explicit adoption appends chapters to the manuscript rather than silently replacing existing work. You must review and approve current chapters before Build, approve the matching Build, and explicitly give final approval and choose visibility before Publish. These approvals remain your decisions.
05Coupons, stages and reversals
Administrators issue Draft, Build and Publish coupons. One valid matching coupon is consumed for each successful stage. Downloading an existing edition does not consume another coupon. Failed generation, export or an uncommitted stage does not consume a coupon, although a requested AI attempt can count toward the account’s usage limit.
An administrator can revoke an unused coupon or reverse a completed stage. Reversing a stage invalidates that edition and its dependent outputs. The coupon for the reversed stage is restored once if it remains eligible and unexpired; expired coupons are not revived. Dependent coupon redemptions are not automatically restored unless those stages are separately reversed.
06Publication and downloaded copies
Final editions are private by default. Choose public visibility only when you want the selected final edition and its published information to be available through the public catalogue and downloads.
A reversal can stop future access through Bakul Ilmu, but it cannot recall copies already downloaded, copied or distributed elsewhere. Contact osman@siaraya.com for assistance with a public listing or content request.
07Current service scope
The current service supports source review, drafting, manuscript editing, approved book builds, publication and available exports. File limits, supported formats and account usage limits apply. External connections and AI functions depend on their configured providers and availability.
The current version takes no payments and does not register intellectual property. Protect IP and Commercialize are inactive feature areas. Storing rights metadata or publishing a book is not an IP registration or a guarantee of ownership or compliance.
08Privacy, requests and updates
The Privacy Notice explains the information handled by the service, optional Google and AI processing, public visibility and data requests. Contact osman@siaraya.com about corrections, exports, deletion or any term that needs clarification.
